Woodham Mortimer, one of the UK’s leading restoration, racing and trading companies for blue-chip classic cars, is delighted to have secured the hotly contested 2018 Motor Racing Legends Stirling Moss Trophy.
Campaigning a highly competitive Jaguar Lister ‘Knobbly’, a car owned by Woodham-Mortimer customer, Jeff Urbina, drivers Chris Ward and John Young dominated many of the highly competitive championship rounds during the 2018 season. Collecting the award at the Motor Racing Legends annual awards at the prestigious RAC Club in Pall Mall, Chris Ward said: “Winning the 2018 Stirling Moss Trophy is a great reward for the work carried-out by the extremely passionate and skilled team of engineers and craftsmen at Woodham Mortimer.”
Woodham Mortimer’s preparation of the Lister Knobbly and the number of dominant victories throughout the 2018 season, demonstrates the exceptional skills and depth of knowledge within the company’s race team, and its position as one of the most successful historic racing teams anywhere in the world.
